Registration of Divorces
Dissolution of Marriage
CRIM is mandated by the CRIM Act to enter the information provided by the Court regarding a dissolution of marriage into the Central Registrar. It is important to register a divorce as it gives you the right to remarry.
Steps to Register
Client comes to Registration Centre or emails CRIM or provincial headquarters.
Client pays Registration Fees.
Client must complete the Registration of Dissolution of Marriage Form.
Registrar updates the information in the Central Registrar.
Client is provided a Dissolution of Marriage Registration Certificate and an updated Vanuatu ID.

Court Notification
Court notification of the Dissolution of Marriage.
Registration Form
Registration of the Dissolution of marriage Form completed and signed.
Registered Marriage
Marriage must be Registered in the Population Registry.
