Steps to Register
New Citizens come to the CRIM Headquarters Registration Centre in the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MOIA) or email CRIM or provincial headquarters.
New Citizens must provide the Birth Certificate from their Country of Birth.
New Citizens must complete the Registration of New Citizen Form.
Senior Registrar (Civil Registry) completes the New Citizen Registration Process.
New Citizen is provided with the Citizen Certificate.

Police Clearance
Police Clearance from Country of Origin
Certificate and Receipt
Citizenship Commission Granting Citizen Certificate and Receipt.
Photo
CRIM Standard Photo of the person being registered. If the child is under two, they can be accompanied by their parents in the picture.
